Process for making a complaint or compliment
On the day of your procedure you will be asked to fill out an electronic feedback form prior to discharge.
In addition you may ask for a feedback form at any time in your patient journey (from reception to discharge), or fill out and send through the form attached below.
The form will be received by the Nurse Manager who will call you to discuss complaints, and add the complaint/compliment to the agenda of the Management and MAC meetings.
Feedback will be given to the person who reported the complaint, outlining steps taken to correct errors and improve quality processes where appropriate.
