Yes, we do need a referral first

To make an appointment for consultation or a procedure you will need a valid referral from a registered medical practitioner. You can send it to us by either fax (08) 9301 4438, email it as a PDF attachment to bookings@wcendo.com.au , post it to us or bring it in yourself so that we can make an appointment for you. After we have received your referral, one of our staff members will contact you in the next 1-2 days to make the arrangements. Please have your Medicare number, health fund details and medical history available when we contact you to make the booking.

We undertake consultation and private procedures for those with hospital cover on their private health insurance. If you do not have private health insurance, you can still use our service as a self-insured/funded patient.

Procedures may be by open access (without consultation first), but in some circumstances, consultation is requested by your referring doctor.  You may also be requested by our specialist, where medically appropriate, to attend a consultation prior to any procedure.
