PROCESS FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT OR COMPLIMENT
- Fill in the form and submit the feedback.
- The form will be received by the Nurse Manager who will add the complaint/compliment to the agenda of the Management and MAC meetings.
- It will be actioned according to the outcome of the discussion at the meetings and if relevant the information feedback to the patient/carer.
- The Nurse manager is available at any time should you need to speak with her.
